The complete set of carbonization pyrolysis system mainly includes carbonization system, pyrolysis system, carbon dioxide recovery system and carbon dioxide storage tank, automatic control system, and visualization system.
The carbonization and decomposition of this process are both continuous operations. Firstly, industrial grade lithium carbonate is mixed with pure water and returned mother liquor in a certain ratio (the mixing ratio can be adjusted according to the impurity content in industrial grade lithium carbonate), and then pumped to a continuous carbonization tower. Carbon dioxide gas is introduced into the carbonization tower, and carbonization is carried out at a certain pressure and temperature to obtain lithium bicarbonate solution. After carbonization, the liquid is filtered by a filter press and precision filtration, and then enters the resin impurity removal system for impurity removal. After impurity removal, the liquid is pumped into the continuous pyrolysis tower for decomposition. The pyrolysis tower is provided with heat by an external heat exchanger. The decomposed liquid is then subjected to centrifugal separation by a centrifuge. The wet material separated by centrifugation is dried, screened, iron removed, crushed, and packaged to obtain high-purity battery grade lithium carbonate products. Decompose the mother liquor and return it to the mixing tank for mixing, while the remaining part is discharged from the system for further processing. The carbon dioxide decomposed by the pyrolysis system enters the carbon dioxide recovery system for recovery, and the recovered carbon dioxide is then returned to the carbonization system for reuse.
