The wastewater is preheated to the evaporation temperature by the preheater and then enters the MVR evaporation system for evaporation and concentration. The concentrated liquid is centrifuged and separated into crystalline salts. The centrifuged mother liquor is sent to the mother liquor tank and returned to the evaporator by the mother liquor pump. As the evaporation progresses, if the COD concentration in the mother liquor is too high, it needs to be discharged externally. The discharge amount is determined according to the state of the material.

The secondary steam in the evaporation and crystallization separation chamber moves upward, gathers together, undergoes secondary separation and foam removal, and then enters the compressor. The compressor compresses the secondary steam and transports it to the evaporator for heating and recycling of the raw materials.
