Lithium hydroxide carbonation reaction produces battery grade lithium carbonate without introducing impurity ions, resulting in high-quality battery grade lithium carbonate products. At present, the main problems in the production of battery grade lithium carbonate by lithium hydroxide carbonization are: 1. The reaction generates lithium carbonate crystals, and the carbonization tower gas collector is prone to blockage; 2. The utilization rate of carbon dioxide is low and the production cost is high during the reaction process; Intermittent operation, low degree of automation, high labor intensity, high labor costs, and significant differences in the quality of each batch of lithium carbonate. In response to the above issues, our company has developed a continuous operation lithium hydroxide carbonization system.
